The final 2 co-defendants in the Micheal Vick dogfighting case have pleaded guilty, but Vick himself has not yet taken a plea deal in the case.

Vick is accused of owning a home in which dogfighting occurred, as well as being a participant in the events. Vick has said he didn’t know about the dog fights at his property but his co-defendants have said that he did and also ordered the death of at least 1 dog by electrocution.

A man convicted of forcible rape was found working at FedEx in Sacramento, California, delivering packages, after he failed to register his address with the sex offender registry. FedEx says they did not know he was a convicted sex offender. The man was jailed and then released.
