Britney Spears is being sued by ex-husband Kevin Federline for more custody of their kids because she is reportedly a bad mom, while Lindsay Lohan is being sued by a passenger in a car that she chased for negligence, assault and infliction of emotional distress as a result of incident in which Lohan was arrested for DUI and possession of cocaine.
